Ivy/TCAN Event: “An Octoroon” at Mixed Blood Theatre

Please join other Ivy/TCAN grads for dinner, discussion, and theater!

Playwright Branden Jacobs-Jenkins wrote this funny, disturbing, whirlwind of a play about the antebellum South and our present-day American selves.  An Octoroon is a full-blooded, energetic and entertainingly demented investigation of race and cultural politics.

First we will have dinner and then a discussion with our Mixed Blood hosts, Amanda White Thietje (Managing Director / Columbia grad) and Addie Gorlin (Producer-in-Residence / Dartmouth grad).
