Registering with the Website, Logging In, and Making Purchases

You must be registered and logged in before making a purchase (event ticket, membership, donation).

Anyone (Harvard alumni, Harvard students, and others) can register on this website and log in. See below.

Registration by itself does not make you a member of the Club. If you want to join the Club, log in and then click Join or Renew under the Membership menu.

Who is it for?

Alumni of all Harvard schools, students, faculty, and others associated with Harvard who have a HarvardKey.

Anyone else, e.g. parents, spouses of alumni, and members of other Twin Cities Alumni Network organizations.

How do I register with the website?

If you haven't done so already, click here to claim your HarvardKey. You can then use it to log into this website and many other Harvard websites.

Please don't register as a non-alumnus. If you forget your HarvardKey or associated password, see below.

Click Non-Alumni Login/Register on the Login menu at the top of this or any other page.

You will be redirected to a page that, at the very bottom, says "Faculty, Staff, Parents, and Non-Alumni Members and Guests – click here and login below". Click there, revealing a place in the lower right where you can register with your email address and first and last name.

Please don't create multiple accounts. If you forget your login credentials, see below.

How do I log in?

Click Alumni/Student Login on the Login menu at the top of this or any other page.
You will be redirected to the HarvardKey login page to enter your HarvardKey and password. Once you have logged in, you will be returned to this website.

Click Non-Alumni Login/Register on the Login menu at the top of this or any other page.
You will be redirected to a page that, at the very bottom, says "Faculty, Staff, Parents, and Non-Alumni Members and Guests – click here and login below". Click there, revealing a place in the lower left where you can log in with your email address and password.

My login credentials don't seem to work or I don't remember whether I registered with the website. What do I do?

Click here to reset your password or recover your HarvardKey.

Try resetting your password by clicking here. You must enter the email address that you used to register on the website. If you don't remember it, contact us.

Check Your Browser

If you encounter problems, try the following:

  • Refresh the page you are looking at, to make sure you are not looking at an old version stored on your computer. On many browsers, simply click the circular arrow near the top of the window. Even better, clear your browser's cached (a.k.a. temporary) internet files.
  • Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser: Internet Explorer 10 or later, or a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
