The Harvard Club of Minnesota Breakfast Brigade invites you to join Rêve Consulting in a free workshop about improving the customer experience by leveraging service design principles and methodology, such as empathy and experimentation. This workshop will help you generate solutions to business challenges and strengthen your creative problem solving skills to clarify direction and lay the foundation for growth.
Rêve Consulting, based in North Minneapolis, was co-founded by Kristin Pardue and Brad von Bank. Kristin held executive positions with General Mills, GE, and Carlson Companies prior to starting Reve in 2009. Brad joined the organization in 2010 after leadership roles with GE and Target.
Rêve's mission is to help people and organizations dream with directionsm and consists of:
- Rêve Consulting - a for-profit strategy and service design consultancy
- Rêve Academy - a non-profit academy providing at-risk youth with pathways to digital careers
- Rêve Labs - a space and set of services to inspire and develop ideas.
