Sometimes your browser is the source of the problem. Try the following:
- Refresh the page you are looking at, to make sure you are not looking at an old version stored on your computer. On many browsers, simply click the circular arrow near the top of the window. Even better, clear your browser's cached (a.k.a. temporary) internet files.
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser: Internet Explorer 10 or later, or a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
