Harvard Club of Minnesota Foundation Announces Education Grants
May 11, 2021: Grants awarded to four local education nonprofits
The Harvard Club of Minnesota Foundation is pleased to continue its charitable giving program. The following organizations were each selected to receive a donation in amounts ranging from $4400 to $5000 in May 2021:
- Hmong College Prep Academy - https://www.hcpak12.org
- CLUES (Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio) Youth in Action - https://clues.org
- Higher Ground Academy - https://hgacademy.org
- Project Success - https://www.projectsuccess.org
Selections are made by a subcommittee and approved each spring by the Harvard Club of Minnesota Board of Directors. Recipients have an education component to their programming, and serve an underrepresented student population who could be encouraged to apply to Harvard. There is no application to be considered for an award. Unfortunately we could not make the award presentations in person this year due to COVID-19.
