Join fellow HBS alumni for an outstanding brunch, panel discussion and connection time.

Inspired by the growing body of research and thought leadership from popular voices like Dr. Andrew Huberman, this discussion will explore the idea that longevity is not simply about living longer — it’s about investing in healthspan, resilience and quality of life for decades to come. This incredible panel features experts in the ROI of health:

• Dr. Charles Svendsen, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Astride Health

• Jen Ahlberg, PhD in Exercise Physiology of Astride Health

• Jon Meyers CFP®, Principal at BGM Wealth Partners and host of "Mastering the 360 Mindset" podcast

Together, we'll explore how the traditional primary care model — a system largely designed to diagnose and treat disease after it appears-- does not fully serve us, and how to proactively invest to gain health ROI: strength, energy, metabolic health, hormones...for long-term vitality.
